The Model CHD Tubing Spider is designed to handle tubulars with diameters ranging from 1.315” to 5”. This versatile CHD Tubing spider can be operated both manually and pneumatically and boasts a rated load capacity of 125 tons.
Spectrum Drilling Tools International holds a valid API-7K License for Tubing Spiders, ensuring strict compliance with API-7K specifications. These spiders are meticulously crafted from high-grade alloy steel and subjected to a heat treatment process to enhance their mechanical properties.

It’s worth noting that this spider can be used on a rotary table with the option of an adapter plate that fits into either the square drive master bushing or the pin drive master bushing, ensuring precise centering on the rotary table. This setup also allows for manual rotation of the CHD Tubing Spider.
