The Spectrum Drilling Tools International RA / MA / AA Center Latch 90° Collar Type Elevators are designed for safe and efficient handling of plain, upset tubing, drill collars, and casing with a square shoulder. Built for reliability, these elevators incorporate a safety double latch system to minimize the risk of accidental opening during operations.
Available in sizes ranging from 2.3/8” to 7”, the RA, MA, and AA series provide load capacities of 125, 150, 250, and 350 tons, making them suitable for a wide range of drilling applications.
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, each elevator undergoes rigorous load testing and magnetic particle inspection to ensure maximum durability and performance. - These slips can be used in conjunction with slip bowls to fit 17.1/2″, 20.1/2″, 27.1/2″, and 37.1/2″ master bushings.
- The slips come with a taper of 4 inches per foot on the diameter, as per the API-7K specification.
- The inserts can be replaced at the rig site itself in a very short time by simply removing the locking arrangements and retainers.
